How to Arrange and Manage Viewings

If you are searching for the perfect property to buy or rent, it couldn't be simpler to use our property portal to arrange and manage viewings. Once you have an account with us, you can log in to search for properties in the area of your choice.

At Griffin Property Co, we seek to make the process easier and smoother for buyers and sellers. The flexibility of our online portal allows you to book, reschedule and cancel viewings at your convenience and at the touch of a button.

1. Search for Your Ideal Property

Firstly, do a search with your chosen parameters and identify a listing you would like to view. Scrolling to the bottom of the page, you will see three buttons: ASK THE OWNER A QUESTION, ARRANGE VIEWING and MAKE AN OFFER. Click on the ARRANGE VIEWING button.

2. Request to View a Property

The following screen allows you to select your chosen date and time. You can also add any details you would like to share with the seller in the message box. Tick the box that allows Griffin Property Co to share your details with the seller and then click SEND.

3. Wait for Confirmation of the Viewing

Once you have clicked the SEND button, your viewing is pending until the seller logs in and approves the request.

4. Your Viewing is Confirmed

You will see this screen when the viewing has been approved. Should you wish to change the booking, you can click on the RE-ARRANGE button. If circumstances change and you need to cancel the viewing, it's easy to do so by clicking the CANCEL button.
